Triangle GreenPrint - NC

Triangle GreenPrint is a project to facilitate development of a regional vision for open space in the Triangle. It will provide information and tools to help land management organizations, citizens, and their elected representatives identify and protect a regional network of green space.

In February 2002, Triangle GreenPrint completed its first project - a regional open space assessment that identifies important green spaces in the Triangle. The maps included in the report are derived from a geographic information system (GIS) database developed with the help of over 140 open space professionals and local experts.
