New Jersey

Garden State Greenways is a 21st Century blueprint for open space in New Jersey. In the tradition of America's metropolitan park and national park plans of the late 19th and early 20th century, Garden State Greenways provides a grand vision for an interconnected system of open space that will have lasting environmental and social benefits for New Jersey.
At the statewide level, Garden State Greenways can serve as a strategic vision for the Garden State Preservation Trust - focusing New Jersey's preservation campaign on the protection and restoration of our most vital remaining open spaces and on the creation of an interconnected system of parks and open space that benefits all New Jersey residents.
