SvR Design Company is a planning and design firm that is on the forefront of green infrastructure. SvR has planned, designed, and administered construction on more than 30 green infrastructure projects that have integrated the concepts of natural drainage and low impact development (LID) systems, community, habitat, mobility, and system maintenance and operations. SvR brings an integrated approach to each green infrastructure project, combining the disciplines of civil engineering and landscape architecture to create a system that enhances water quality within an aesthetically appealing design. These systems have been planned, designed, and built into LEED-certified building design, Complete Streets +®, academic, municipal, and park projects. SvR has successfully designed and administered construction of green roofs, rainwater harvesting systems, water reuse systems, swale systems, amended soils, LID manual and incentive programs, and porous streets, sidewalks, and parking pads.
