The ABAG Water/Land Use Program was developed to provide much needed research, education, and information exchange about the nature of the Bay Area’s complex water supplies and the land uses that shape them. This program effort is especially timely as we confront climate change, cyclic droughts, flooding, and water quality issues. With an expected increase in regional programs and planning for water management, we want officials, planners, engineers, resource managers, scientists, the public, and the full range of web page viewers to have access to the latest information.
