Saginaw Bay Greenways Collaborative

The Saginaw Bay Watershed Initiative Network (WIN) is a watershed-based sustainability effort implemented by a variety of environmental, business, and community interests in 1996. As part of an ongoing focus on land use issues, a core group of WIN members came together in 1999 to begin a discussion of a watershed-wide greenways vision.

Saginaw Bay Greenways Collaborative aims to establish the framework by which a 22-county greenway vision can be both formulated, and implemented, in the Saginaw Bay Watershed.
